STORAGE: To maintain optimal levels of MGO bioactivity long-term, store at room temperature below 20°C (68°F). Do not expose to heat. Can be refrigerated. Crystallisation is a naturally occurring process and does not affect the quality, taste, or efficacy of the honey and remains safe to consume. Eat as-is, or place the sealed jar in warm water to decrystallise. Manuka honey remains unaffected by short-term exposure to higher temperatures, such as those encountered during shipping transit.

Medicinal Strength Use: ingest one to two teaspoons up to twice daily, gradually reducing to one teaspoon per day as symptoms improve.

United StatesSo far, so very excitingly good! I have a hiatal hernia and acid reflux. I have been taking a teaspoonful in the am and one before bed. I really feel like it is helping me with calming my stomach. Sleeping much better. I also have to say that I am doing my part by changing my eating habits, no caffeine, carbonated drink and a few other changes.
