    Free shipping on international orders excludes free shipping to the Middle East (Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia & UAE). A discounted flat fee shipping rate of $50 AUD on orders over $350 AUD applies.

    EXPRESS SHIPPING (PAID) IS ALSO AVAILABLE WITHIN AUSTRALIA

    All standard parcels should arrive within 3-6 business days. If for any reason, we’re unable to dispatch your order within this time, we will contact you as soon as possible.

    To avoid delays, please ensure you include a street address on your order form, delivery to PO Boxes is likely to be delayed.

    All parcels are sent with international tracking via DHL Couriers.

    Processing

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and should arrive 5–21 business days, thereafter. Please allow for postal, customs, and locational delays.

    Please note we're unable to ship to PO Boxes internationally due to customs regulations.

    • Refunds, replacements, or any costs arising from customs, taxes, or duties.
    • Postage incurred for return-to-sender items.

    Our best customs duty and local tax estimates have been provided for convenience purposes. Please consult your local Customs Office prior to placing an order.

    To streamline your customer journey, please familiarise yourself with this information as it’s up to you to ensure your item arrives without any unnecessary mishaps. All-time delays and costs incurred as a result of the above remain your sole responsibility.
