Australian Wild Honey

BIOSOTA Australian Wild Honey comes from hives sited in various pristine Eastern Australian forests capturing the unique flavours of that area. Like fine wine, Wild Honey has distinct taste and delicious flavour.

Honey is similar to wine or whiskey – even small changes in climate, time of year, rainfall and temperature can produce differences in the honey at the end of the process. In wine, this is known as ‘terroir’ and we can think of honey in much the same way. Different ‘terroir’ produces different honey and because the season and weather always changing, no two honeys will ever be quite the same.

All our honey is processed using our internationally approved and certified modern equipment.
